Terms & Shipping

Great care is taken to ensure that our plants are propagated to an excellent standard.

Each berry plant is individually checked before dispatch to make sure that all plants sold are of a high quality.

Plants may vary in size due to seasonal conditions but we will only ship plants that meet requirements.

Postage

Postage is charged on all shipments based on current rates for Express Post from Australia Post.

Our berry plants will be packed and posted by express post early in the week to ensure arrival as quickly as possible. A confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. For larger orders, shipping arrangements will be made directly with the customer.

Plant orders of over 100 plants per variety.

For all orders of more than 100 plants per variety, please fill out an enquiry form with your requirements. We will be in touch with advice as to when we can fulfil your order and will issue an invoice as confirmation that plants are ready to be shipped. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

Large orders are propagated to order and take time to fulfil. Please allow ample time for propagation on large orders. Ideally place your order from late summer through to early Autumn for delivery from early spring. We do have some varieties available most of the year.

Some varieties in high demand may have a wait list but we will advise you when they will be available.

Quarantine

Berry Plant Micropropagation has certification allowing us to send plants to QLD and Tasmania. A fee of $50.00 will apply per shipment for plants requiring certification. This fee covers a plant health certificate and also preparation for meeting quarantine specifications.

Currently we are not certified for sending plants to Western Australia.
